HBK / ReliaSoft
Application Engineer for ReliaSoft · Jul 2022 – present
I work with engineers using ReliaSoft reliability and quality software, helping them understand the underlying engineering and statistical methods and apply them effectively to real-world problems. This includes areas such as life data analysis, Weibull analysis, reliability prediction, FMEA, reliability growth, maintainability, and related reliability engineering methods.
The role combines technical problem solving with software support, teaching, and training. I help customers translate engineering questions into appropriate analytical approaches, understand assumptions and results, and build practical workflows within the software. A significant part of the work is making complex reliability concepts easier to understand and helping engineers use the tools with confidence rather than treating the software as a black box.
